Most indie tools charge a SaaS subscription and run a completely separate Patreon. We didn't want support money and tier money living in different places.

Patron pledges pay directly for the AI model costs, the servers, and the time we spend shipping new features. The free tier stays generous because the Patreon tiers carry it.

Is ScriptoriumGM still free to use?
Yes. The free tier ships the full product on the Fast model — library, editor, Campaign Assistant, image generation, every supported system. No card, no trial countdown.
What unlocks at each tier?
$10+ unlocks the Balanced model. $20+ unlocks the Powerful model. Both tiers also raise your monthly usage budget. Access is tied to dollar-amount thresholds, not tier names.
How fast do tier changes take effect?
New pledges and tier changes sync overnight. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect on the next sync, so your model picker and budget reflect reality by the next morning.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellations happen on Patreon in a couple of clicks. You keep the tier benefits until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free tier automatically.
